Description
Iterate over an enum type from Begin to End inclusive, even when `EnumT` is not marked as safely iterable by `enum_iteration_traits`. Note: `enum_seq_inclusive` will generate each consecutive value, even if no enumerator with that value exists. Note: Begin and End values have to be within [INTMAX_MIN, INTMAX_MAX - 1] for forward iteration (resp. [INTMAX_MIN + 1, INTMAX_MAX - 1] for reverse iteration).
